The website only had two pictures of the car so Erin sent me several pics herself. She even followed up with us on her day off. She personally took the vehicle out for a test drive on our behalf and provided immediate feedback since I could not be there at the time. When we came for the test drive, I found all of her feedback to be completely truthful. She and the finance manager even stayed late on the day we were to pick up the vehicle.
