Very disappointed, I went in looking forward to leasing a car left feeling like I had been scammed. They have a whole routine saying you have this price " looked up". Then have you change your insurance to t car left feeling like I had been scammed. They have a whole routine saying you have this price " looked up". Then when you're ready to sign the paperwork and drive your new car out of there, you are sent to " finance" were they spring on you that the price the sales person said was " looked in " is not possible because your credit is not good enough, mean while the sales person never mentioned that. When I gave them a bad review someone called from Hyundai of 110 trying to intimidate me. I I didn't know that it's business practice to call and intimidate somebody that gave them a bad rating I have certainly never heard of it. Should I be scared now to give a batter of you to a company? They're going to call and intimidate me. I informed I informed a person that never introduced himself that I was going to contact headquarters and he told me. Is that a threat? I don't understand if they if they conducted themselves in a proper business manner, if everything was kosher .Why would it be a threat if I was going to contact headquarters? More

Taken for routine oil change. Oil overfilled for the 2nd time at this dealer. Way over the full mark on the dipstick.Tech would remove the excess oil, but only if I let them put Oil overfilled for the 2nd time at this dealer. Way over the full mark on the dipstick.Tech would remove the excess oil, but only if I let them put in the service log that I requested them to remove the correct amount of oil from the engine. When I had done this oil change on my own and refilled with the recommended amount, the dipstick read perfectly. Based on this, I do not plan on returning for servicing. More
