I switched to Hyundai 110 in November 2021. Had very bad experiences with two other Hyundai dealerships on LI. My recent service visit was the best! WiFI, free coffee/snacks, clean waiting a Had very bad experiences with two other Hyundai dealerships on LI. My recent service visit was the best! WiFI, free coffee/snacks, clean waiting area. The best was the service! “Karim” was exceptionally helpful and made sure I was advised of my service. I also heard him with other customers as I waited. Just a very professional person. It is a nice change from past experiences where service took hours, no one communicated with you and the dealership was a circus. Thank you Karim and Hyundai 110! More
