I also am thankful to Tom for getting the lease handled so professionally. He was very informative. The Associates who picked up my car from “off site” also deserve recognition as it was later Saturday afternoon approaching closing time. Everything was great. They handled the routine maintenance and the recalls on the car. I did not like having to pay 3% surcharge on a credit card at the dealership. 2nd visit after having been told the part was received. Repaired 1 part of 2 part complaint and the original part was incorrectly order.
