First visit to this dealership. Wait time for an oil change an tire rotation (free) was over two hours. Waited in the car for about 15 minutes before an advisor came to my vehicle Wait time for an oil change an tire rotation (free) was over two hours. Waited in the car for about 15 minutes before an advisor came to my vehicle. Personally, I find this unacceptable. I've never waited this long for an oil change. Also, the mechanic left greasy fingerprints all over the hood of my relatively new vehicle. Plus there was no paper mat in the car to protect against dirt and grease. Hyundai of 110 is a great dealership, - both Kim and Oluwa took great care of us.
