The service waiting area is very clean and comfortable with coffee and bagels. However the service is extremely slow. I had an 8:30AM appointment for an oil change and didn't leave the dealership till Noo with coffee and bagels. However the service is extremely slow. I had an 8:30AM appointment for an oil change and didn't leave the dealership till Noon. A less than one hour service shouldn't take 3-1/2 hours. More

The price you see online is NOT the price you’ll actually pay—everything comes with an extra cost. This dealership’s tactics feel deceptive, and I strongly recommend doing your homework before making the trip. Call ahead and demand an out-the-door price in writing to avoid wasting your time like I did. More
