In general customer service is good, techs are all very friendly. Two issues I encountered on this visit: 1) I received a promotional email for service as I have an EV which doesnt require a lot of serv friendly. Two issues I encountered on this visit: 1) I received a promotional email for service as I have an EV which doesnt require a lot of service aside from multi-point check and rotation of tires. When I made the reservation online, I was quoted a price that when I went into the dealership, they didn't have any info on file - tech gave me a courtesy $10 coupon but it was still more than promo. #2) It took 2-1/2 hours for this service for an EV that got tires rotated and multipoint inspection. Even with a reservation I found this to be excessive. Happy to discuss further if needed. More
Ken Rosario was friendly and helpful and arranged Uber back and forth to my home. also fixed by brakes in record fast time. Everyone friendly.
