Went in one late afternoon to just LOOK at a car I saw in the paper. I was looking to trade my old 20215 car for a 2024 new one, and I saw a good deal that the trade in value could be up to $2500. Well, after driving 2 different models, I left with the car that was in the showroom. Our salesman David Moore was polite and courteous, NOT pushy and understood what I wanted. After shopping at other Hyundai dealers in the past month, I HAVE to say, the Hyundai of 110 was well worth the wait. We got $9000 for our trade in, whereas other dealer ships offered MUCH less. David was extremely patient and knowledgeable. When it's time to trade in again, I will definitely go back to 110. Only one thing I was a bit disappointed in was having to drive back home in the dark. I couldn't really see how the car was cleaned. The guys who detail the car didn't do such a great job. But, I have to say, it was late, we waited a long time to get all the financials done and I'm sure the cleaning crew guys were tired as well. We returned the day after to return a key we forgot to leave for the old car and to see if a personal belonging was found, that we forgot to check before leaving that night. Not only did they find a cherished belonging, but kept it for us was well! Thanks for that! It wasn't anything expensive, but I lost sleep over it and I appreciated that they kept it and not just thrown it away. More
