He was able to identify my issues very quickly and then while he had the car, go ahead and have it looked over and discovered another costly issue (that my warranty covered). They turned that repair around quickly and were very courteous.

"Great Service!"

Took our 2017 Azera in today for service. Had a 1:30pm appointment, but went an hour early hoping to get in... no problem for Scott handled us in a most courteous and accommodating manner. In and out in less than an hour! We’ve dealt with this service department for serveral years as our daughter drives a Hyundai as well. Always taken care of in a most personable, professional and accommodating manner!

"Good First Experience"

This was my first visit to Hyundai of Anderson. I was greeted quickly. They fully explained the work that was done, and a few things they recommended for the future, but did not pressure me to do at this visit. Charges were explained fully and were more reasonable than I have experienced at some other service places. Their staff were friendly. They kept me informed about the progress of the work on my vehicle and checked-in with me more than once while I waited. This was overall a good service experience. Hyundai of Anderson now has a new long-term customer.

Everyone at Hyundai of Anderson was very helpful during the car buying process. I didn't even know I wanted a new car until I test drove the 2017 Elantra SE. "Came in for DRL light dianosis"

I came in for a DRL diagnosis appointment. I wasn't scheduled on their schedule for a oil change. I told Roy I might as well get an oil change while I am here. He took care of my need easily and quickly. He also explained the different packages for oil changes. After the work on my vehicle was completed, My Genesis drove and felt like I just purchased a new car.

"Car repairs "

I brought my Sonnata in for a complete tuneup and detail. They were a bit pricey on Labor VS. parts. I had to take it back because of an improperly seated sensor. This bothered me quite a bit. However I emailed them and let them know the issue and when I returned it was taken care of promptly therefore the 4.0 rating. Otherwise it would have come in at a 3.5 James Wilson
