I just purchased my second Vehicle from this dealership in 3 years. The overall customer service from both the sales team and the service department is exceptional. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient and helpful without being 'pushy' at all. I appreciate his passion for his job and his goal to make his customer 100% satisfied with their purchase. I give Genesis of Auburn 5 stars because of their personnel - courteous, honest, sincere and knowledgeable. Most important, they understood that I just could not ethically pay their $900 "documentati personnel - courteous, honest, sincere and knowledgeable. Most important, they understood that I just could not ethically pay their $900 "documentation" fee (which is no more than price gouging), and found a way around that. Ownership needs to understand that this fee stands in the way of their reputation and is not worth it in the long run. I complained about this with a different dealership and have received over 5,000 "LIKES" so far - it is really a win-win if you GET RID of this fee! More

Nancy's product knowledge and sharp mind make her good at helping clients get what they want. I could hear the wheels churning in her mind as she worked with the finance department for us. She will cheerfully help set up the features of the car with the client. I'd also like to mention how nice it was for Scott Wilder to greet us when we came into the dealership. He and our sons were in school together but i would not have recognized him now. We told him we just stopped by to see what might be on the used car lot but our agent Nancy was working with another couple. We chatted a few minutes with Scott. When we realized Nancy was going to be tied up longer than we expected, we decided to go out and start looking at the cars. As we passed Scott he suggested we look at the Tucson. When we found a car of interest we asked him what would be a ball-park figure of it's cost. He was very pleasant and told us more about the car's features and when he gave us the price range, I said "sold". He knew we were waiting for Nancy and yet he took time to help us. That's a Team Player going beyond! More
