I did not feel like a valued customer whatsoever. The salesman was not interested in informing me about any details of the car I was interested in. When I showed up with a check, I felt that I was a burd salesman was not interested in informing me about any details of the car I was interested in. When I showed up with a check, I felt that I was a burden and an inconvenience to him. As I was leaving, the light cover on the door panel fell off and I brought it to his attention. He said “if that’s the only problem you have then I think your doing pretty good.” I drove off the lot and got the car on the interstate and noticed the car shaking when braking, so now I will be replacing rotors on my $23,000 car that supposedly went through their “rigorous inspection”. So no, not happy. I love my car, but the customer service was extremely lacking. Maybe I wasn’t spending enough money in his eyes to be treated as a valued customer. More

Nancy you did a great job but I was a little upset I wasn’t shown any specs of the car. I don’t know how to operate digital key and I left not knowing how to operate the radio.
