No pressure, no big sales pitch, no haggling over price (we had done our homework ahead of time) and no heavy pushing for extra warranties, etc. James Webb was a great salesman - very knowledgeable and easy to work with! If I had to pick one negative, the car was not as clean as I had hoped it would be when we got it. Inside windows were still dirty. Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend Hyundai of Columbia! More

Scam artists My dad and i went to HOC looking for a used Nissan Frontier. My truck had broken down and I needed to get back to work. I was told that they didn't have one on site but that they did have one in another location and it could be there in three hours. After two days that I should've been looking for other vehicles, they finally brought it to me, after dark. I was leery, but the Carfax came up clean and the dealership had assured that they wouldn't sell anything but the highest quality used vehicles. The truck looked and drove ok and I couldn't miss any more work, so I signed for it. It didn't take me very long, in the daylight, to find that the truck has had extensive body work, has been repainted and shows signs of flood damage. I find new things every day that I didn't notice before. I've had to make myself not look too closely because it only makes me angry. On top of all of that, the clutch has been acting up and I still haven't received my new tags almost two months later. If this is what Hyundai of Columbia considers a high quality used vehicle, they need their eyes checked or their morality overhauled. Don't buy from them. More

It was pleasant. I stopped by the Hyundai of Columbia dealership after leaving the Toyota dealership down the road. I was not impressed with how things were handle because I guess everyone wanted to go home (it was 6:30 when we started paperwork and they close at 8) he said he was pulling the car to get cleaned and I walked outside and everyone turned the lights off on me and locked the doors so I was just sitting outside in the dark waiting for him to return with my car. But bill was very friendly and I got a fantastic price on the car. I would recommend this dealership. Just I guess show up when they open. (I showed up at 5pm) More

Rude people! Can't do paperwork properly Nov 9 2017 I purchased a car from them. They got the payoff of my trade in wrong and tried to make me pay for their mistake. Matt the finance manager is the rudest person I have ever spoken to, he is the type that speaks down to women. Regina in the title department messed up on the title paperwork as well. Today is Feb 23 2018 my bank just got the title after having to go there to get it, my bank also now has to pay to fix their mistakes. There were several calls to them and they did nothing to make the situation right. I will never be back or recommend anyone to go there. More
