I think the dealership is wonderful, however, even though the employees are great, they need more help. The service department has only one experienced Hyundai Tech to diagnose complex problems. Most of th the employees are great, they need more help. The service department has only one experienced Hyundai Tech to diagnose complex problems. Most of the so-called Techs need more training with Hyundai. There are times when I bring my three vehicles in to be serviced, and I am told "the Korean expert is booked," so I have to make more appointments to have him available. You have a super facility and nice staff, but your service department is run like a small country town. Come on and hire more experienced Hyundai Techs for your customers. Then your Service Department will run with less stress, and people will quit going to Cool Springs for service. This is the main reason I don't send my family to you, and I don't recommend your service. Also, I had to cut you back two stars. Sorry guys.... More
