I usually deal with JJ Moson in the service department and always get excellent service from him. When I picked up my 2026 Palisade this time, JJ was off so I met Cathie Gentry who also provided me excel and always get excellent service from him. When I picked up my 2026 Palisade this time, JJ was off so I met Cathie Gentry who also provided me excellent service. She was pleasant and efficient in locating my paperwork and personally going to get my vehicle for me. We have owned Hyundai’s since 2019 and have had several problems with the service department of this dealership in the past. Based on my recent experience, I believe it has greatly improved now by employing both new service representatives and new mechanics. I applaud the dealership for this because we now own both a 2022 Santa Fe and a 2026 Palisade that have had some warranty-covered issues. It is nice to feel like they take us serious and actually care if our vehicles are repaired and we are happy with our treatment. Hyundai has a great warranty and covers warrant problems very well without a hassle. That makes it important to owners that the people fixing this problems do so with good, pleasant, cooperative service and both JJ and Catie represent this dealer well. More

Simple Oil change: drain plug & filter housing both left very loose, way over filled with oil. Picked it up and drove over 300 miles on interstate before I discovered this. Service Tech Dept.Terrible !, S very loose, way over filled with oil. Picked it up and drove over 300 miles on interstate before I discovered this. I bought my new 2027 Palisade SEL Premium from Hyundai of Cool Springs because my brother, John Myers, has bought several vehicles from there. John told me that Shane Walsh was great to work with, and Shane Cool Springs because my brother, John Myers, has bought several vehicles from there. John told me that Shane Walsh was great to work with, and Shane most certainly was fantastic to work with. Shane did not pressure me and he was very accommodating, spent a lot of time explaining the many features on my car and answering my questions. The technology is overwhelming, and Shane has offered to help me in the future whenever I need it. The Palisade is beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. Denzel Petway was also very helpful and nice to work with completing the financial paperwork and extended warranties. More
