He explained a few features and sent my wife and daughter on their way. Our daughter loved the car, the price they gave us for our trade in was more than fair and they made buying easy ( fair price and easy process). Aside from that, Oscar took all the time necessary introducing our daughter to all the specifics of the car, programming presets, syncing her phone, etc. Could not have asked for better service or a better deal.
