Going to a dealership to buy a new car tends to bring a certain amount of trepidation. We were treated like valued customers. Craig listened to what we were looking for and presented us with options that met those needs. At no time did he try and convince us that we needed something other than what we wanted. A car in the color that we wanted was not on the lot, but they found on in the area and made arrangements to get it. Craig communicated with us throughout the process and kept us posted on the status. We showed up a little early to pick it up, but it was already ready to go. We were very happy with our choice to purchase from Hyundai of Cool Springs and are very happy with our new Sonata. More
