He was awesome throughout the process not to mention hilarious! I met with Mark who was patient with me and took time to answer all of my questions regarding the finance process. I ended up having to sign paperwork the next business day with John in finance and he was so helpful with any concerns I had! I did not personally work with Hannah but I had to mention her because when I came in she was very personable and greeted me with a positive attitude! This was a great process! Quick and easy! Having a great team is so important and this dealership has all the moving parts working so well! am a life long client of this dealership for all of my future car purchase needs! No pressure, down-to-earth, relatable, & genuine. She wanted us to find the right car for us; not just make a sale. Sandy let us go on our own to test drive not one, but ultimately three different vehicles. We probably took up more of her time than we should have for one sale, but she never tried to rush us or hurry us out the door - even when we were waiting for our vehicle to be detailed.
