And the guy comes and says we dropped the ball and haven’t done anything on your car yet... but we’ll make sure you will be out in next 30 minutes. We are starting work on your car now. What the xxxx... Horrible experience, extremely unprofessional and doesn’t value others time. Besides I don’t even trust their service quality at this point. If it was to take couple hours of time how it will be done in 30 minutes? Not trustworthy. I asked give me my car back and I don’t want to do any business with you. If you’re reading this: I am not there for your freebies. Horrible experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone. There are other better dealerships. Not worthy. More

Received concise and quality responses from the dealer representative, Megan Maryanski, each time we communicated. Based on her offer I scheduled a meeting to have my trade-in appraised. The customer representative I met with was Doug Harms who was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I had done my homework and knew approximate value and what a good deal would be fairly specifically. The out the door price included manufacturer rebates carefully listed, and the dealer price thereafter, which was quite good and most satisfactory. I had expected a severe mark down on my 4 year car but was pleasantly surprised when the price was well within the boundaries of the primary valuation services. All in all, a very great and satisfying expertise. Everyone at the dealership was courteous, helpful and professional. More

Throttle actuator problems Dalton did a great job of walking me through the options and making sure it happened quick. At 99,900 miles it had to be replaced. Enjoyed the WiFi and got a lot of work done while waiting. He was considerate of my working when he let me know the car was ready. Excellent service. More
staff was great but the software fix was not All the staff was extremely helpful and knowlegdable but the software "fix" to my vehicle was not. Evidently the issue that occurred with my vehicle All the staff was extremely helpful and knowlegdable but the software "fix" to my vehicle was not. Evidently the issue that occurred with my vehicle shortly after leaving the dealership had been happening to other cars. Known issue that I was not made aware of. Not thrilled about that. When the issue occured, my car may a loud sound that shook the car. Now I have concerns that either the engine or transmission or both are now effected. Also, the part that should solve the issue was not in stock and was shipping from Korea. As of today, I am still waiting for my vehicle to be fixed. The staff was good in giving me a car to drive until my is ready. I really appreciate it. However, as stated above, my biggest concens are if the part they are installing will really "fix" the issue caused by the software and if there is permanent damage to my vehicle's tranmission or engine. More
