Andre J was extremely nice and understanding. He kept me abreast of the timelines and tech availability. When I went around for a lap, Andre found me the minute I returned. The wait was short and it was ready and cleaned well before the timeline provided. There was a difficult customer that was yelling at Andre, but he did not allow it to tarnish his interactions with the rest of us. Gold Star from Ms. Upstate! More
