I fell in love with the Santa Fe Ultimate (Wow! This model is loaded!) Barry Tauber took me under his wing and helped me to find the perfect exterior/interior colors I wanted. We had to get the car from another Hyundai dealer and Hamid made the arrangements. Made the commitment on Friday evening and had the car by Saturday noon. Barry was there every step of the way and wound up giving me an hour-long class on all the extraordinary gizmos in the car. True concierge service during the sale and after. I get a daily followup call just to make sure I am happy with the car. One more shout out to M. Ryan Velasquez who prepared the financing documentation and figured out how to handle my GATAVT exemption (Purple Heart Vet), a rather complicated process that saved a couple thousand dollars. I give HoC top marks for an excellent team. More

Oil change I went in the other day to get an oil change and was told I need a new battery $139.
