I had a great experience at this dealership. I have done my research ahead of time on the Palisade that I wanted and the price range I felt was fair and they met my expectation on that. Tres was my finance guy and also very very nice and helpful. I met the manager as well who told me to come by anytime with any questions because the car is very techno-savvy and it will be a learning curve. I met the service department as well. All of this is very important because I will be going there if I need anything and it was really nice to have met a lot of the people that I would be seeing in the future. Sean(tech) and Jesse(service) were great. With that said I am not sure I will be back. The warranty work was supposed to take a day, but ended up being over 2 days.
