Jesse Smith was fantastic Best service ever, I brought my Elantra in for the dealer to check if, in fact, I needed new "struts" and I was assisted by Jesse Smith. I was at Tire Best service ever, I brought my Elantra in for the dealer to check if, in fact, I needed new "struts" and I was assisted by Jesse Smith. I was at Tires Plus for a wheel alignment and was told that I needed new struts for $957.00 and I said NO because I want to take my car to the dealer for a second opinion. So, I proceeded to the dealer to have it checked and Jesse understood the issue. He told me that I did not need any struts after all and saved me $957.00. I was so happy to have Jesse assist me, I happily paid for a wheel alignment. I enjoyed that the car was washed and vacuumed. I'll will be back. Thank you, Jesse. More

Great service Had to get a recall completed on my vehicle this week. I was easily able to schedule the to have the service completed online as well as sign up to ha Had to get a recall completed on my vehicle this week. I was easily able to schedule the to have the service completed online as well as sign up to have the complimentary valet service which was very helpful. They were on time to pick up the car, left me a loaner vehicle, and returned my car a few hours later. Very professional and kind. The only reason I don't give them all 5 starts is because when I scheduled the service online it stated that I would receive either a confirmation call or email. I received neither. The day before the appointment I had to call to ensure that the service was still happening and that is when they asked me about a time for a valet driver to come get my vehicle the next morning. They answered every question I had on the phone when I called to confirm and I felt much better. My only advice is to make sure the system sends that confirmation email - I was wondering if I actually had the appointment or not the day before. Overall I was very happy with the service that I received and will definitely be using for any future needs! More
