Prior to my last car service appointment, I requested for a car service with a free pick-up. During these times, I try to avoid in-person contact as much as possible. However, no one came to pick up my car, a car service with a free pick-up. During these times, I try to avoid in-person contact as much as possible. However, no one came to pick up my car, and no one reached out to me if my appointment was canceled or rescheduled. I decided to call them three times and no one was answering the call. I decided to try their chat and got a response asking me to wait for someone to reach out to me. I did the chat twice and still, got no call back. This is why I decided to be there in-person and get the car service. This worked out well - Andre Johnson was very professional, helpful and efficient. My car seemed to be alright as well. I am giving a 2 star review this time because their communication needs improvement. This is not the first time that I experienced the lack of contact from this service center. Last time was when no one called me that my car parts arrived - this was last year. If this happens again, I am considering going to a different location despite this place close to my residence. More
