Purchase: Eli Salemi made purchasing my 2021 Hyundai Palisade easy! He was very knowledgeable during the test drive process and had a no-pressure approach. Once we determined that we wanted a specific trim and exterior/interior color combo, we found that it was in short supply. I tried working with multiple Hyundai dealerships around the metro Atlanta area in addition to Eli to find the trim/color combo that I wanted and Eli was the only salesperson who looked outside of current stock to find the perfect car for me. Additionally, he did not try to sell me something that I did not want, unlike a few other dealerships in the area. Weeks after the purchase, he was also helpful with installation of roof rack and some system configurations showing that his service did not stop once he "made the sale". In fact, 2 other sales associates jumped in to help without hesitation. I would certainly recommend this dealership and especially Eli Salemi! More

Unfortunately, my overall experience with this dealership was rather customer who matters, I would strongly urge you to take your business elsewhere. Unfortunately, my overall experience with this dealership was rather poor. The staff were unfriendly, disorganized, and I was treated more like an annoyance than a valued customer. A few examples of my unfortunate experiences here: 1. The car buying experience itself was extremely rushed. I honestly felt like I was being pushed out the door after the paperwork was signed. No one even took the time to show me the features of the car I just bought. 2. It took several days to get them to send correct paperwork to my financial institution, despite asking them to do so several times. 3. Belongings that were accidentally left in my traded-in vehicle were thrown away (even though I had called immediately to ask if they could be retrieved, and was told they had been successfully collected). 4. I had to call several times just to set up a service appointment to have negotiated add-ons installed on my new vehicle. Ultimately, I was told by their new general manager that "my timing was bad" (referring to when I purchased the vehicle), because they changed ownership a few days after my purchase. How was I supposed to even know that? I honestly fail to see how their lack of accountability and disorganization is in any way the customer's fault? Mind-boggling. If you feel like jumping through hoops, working with salespeople who do not respect your time and don't hold themselves accountable, and creating a massive headache for yourself then perhaps you won't mind doing business here. Otherwise, please shop elsewhere. Don't end up feeling as I do - that I just spent a xxxx of a lot of money to be treated badly! More
