MIssed diagnosis and not willing to revisit I am not happy with the service. I brought the car in because of door rattling from speakers. They said it was the speaker itself and refused to cov I am not happy with the service. I brought the car in because of door rattling from speakers. They said it was the speaker itself and refused to cover it under "america's best warranty". When I pointed out that if it was the speaker itself, wouldn't it do it at all the time or at any time at lower volumes and how interesting it was that if you squeeze the armrest on the door that the rattling stops. I even pointed out numerous online forum articles with the same issue and each time is was physical pieces related to the car and not the electronics or the speaker. To add insult to injury, the quote to replace the speaker costs more than I could have the entire sound system and all speakers replaced. More

Great service leads to a new car purchase We've been coming to Cumming Hyundai since a couple of week after they opened. We had an issue with our 2013 Santa Fe and Andre bent over backwards t We've been coming to Cumming Hyundai since a couple of week after they opened. We had an issue with our 2013 Santa Fe and Andre bent over backwards to be helpful to us. He was so great that we knew that we'd have to consider them for our new car. We did, and although we visited other dealers, we ended up here and were prepared to spend a bit more doing so, but we actually ended up spending less! Since then we've been back to the service department a few times and the service has been nothing short of fantastic. Dealing with car dealers, whether for service or for a new car often has an uncomfortable feel, like at a restaurant when the waiter brings you the bill and you are trying to figure out how much to tip him... as you're wondering: Was the service good, bad, great... are you too generous, or too stingy... if you upset him what happens the next time you come in.? Blah, blah, blah. The point is, unlike those or the usual dealer experience, we have literally loved ever experience we've had at Hyundai of Cumming... and not just because they facilitated factory recalls. The facility is great, the staff are wonderful and we literally got the best price on our new car. I couldn't sing their praises more if I wanted to... More
