Overall good.. Gianmickael was good and informative. I was a little bit surprised and disapointed that for Hyundai service personel it took 7 years to report that Gianmickael was good and informative. I was a little bit surprised and disapointed that for Hyundai service personel it took 7 years to report that my hood is not latching and they used the first oportunity to mantion it once it got out of warranty. I was taking my car to many different dealerships before (including this one) and noone ever mantioned that to me and I always forgot to mantion it since it was not something I had to look under often but it was not working from day 1 I bought the new car.
