Didn't have parts Came in for oil change with my 2004 Ford F150 and didn't have oil filter, so had to send out for filter. I got home wife drove car inform me TPMS on and left rear tire was flat. Was told to National Hyundai support first question that i was asked was VIN number explained wife car and she was not at home told them they rely did not want to help because with out VIN number no help.I called local dealer after i got to where car was . I assess problem air up tire got car to dealer . It took them the rest of after noon to fix issue (bad tire and bad sensor ) We are still having problem with TPMS.Took it back and just called me and told me fix only lasted one day.. For recalls or warranties, this is not the place to go! I had the guys at Scotts AUTO CHECK OUT MY 2013 HYUNDAI TUCSON when it broke down on me 3 weeks ago. They told me about an evident lower engine knocki I had the guys at Scotts AUTO CHECK OUT MY 2013 HYUNDAI TUCSON when it broke down on me 3 weeks ago. They told me about an evident lower engine knocking that could be heard between 2200-2500 rpms as the vehicle was accelerating and that i needed to take it to Hyundai because it fit the description of a very well known recall on their 4cyl engines. They transportated my vehicle there only for them to say they didn't hear the noise at all and they couldnt recreate the scenerio. I still had to pay the $130.00 diagnostic fee but what made me so mad was when i woke up the next morning and starded my car the engin sounded TERRIBLE!! Sure enough, it broke down on me the same day and left me stranded for hours. I called the shop and their liaison said there was nothing he could do unless i got the vehicle there. I was 17 miles away so driving was out of the question and they didnt offer a tow or anything! I have been a loyal Hyundai customer/ owner for 15 years and this is definitely not the kind of service that i used to receive. My next vehicle might very well be a Toyota. More
