Terrible customer Service Experience No one is helpful, full of excuses, don't answer the phone, etc. they returned my car damaged and nothing that I took my car in for is repaired. Plus, No one is helpful, full of excuses, don't answer the phone, etc. they returned my car damaged and nothing that I took my car in for is repaired. Plus, I was left to clean out trash from inside my car. Then noticed that my steering wheel has tiny cuts on it. That was NOT like that when I brought it in. When telling employees of this plight, I was met with excuses of "I've just been here 2 months or 3 months". When you hear that over and over again from different people, they are just excuses and honestly, doesn't really help me get my car fixed or repaired. I would have put negative stars but that isn't an option. Pretty much should shut this dealership down and start over until they learn customer service. I will be sending a letter to corporate and will continue to push for justice in what happened to me at this dealership. Very interesting place...I'll be driving right by them to visit another ethical dealership for service. We are a 2 car Hyundai family and will likely purchase other Hyundai's in the future but not from here and certainly will not be back for service! More

My car was delivered washed and all services completed. I appreciate that there was not a constant try to upsell and that they reviewed what services they would recommend for the mileage on my car. KJ was awesome! KJ was so patient with my husband and I! He took care of us, getting us water as we walked around the lot (it was super hot that day!). Neither my husband nor I care for the stereotypical car salesman type. But KJ wasn’t pushy at all. It took us pretty much all day, not fault to KJ! It was all on us. During the whole table talk portion we had to deal with some sales manager types. They were all right. Just doing their jobs, I suppose. Poor KJ had been helping us all day so he hadn’t been able to have lunch or anything! While my husband was on the phone with our auto financing person I insisted KJ go get something from the vending machine. He tried to say he was ok but finally he relented. I would definitely deal with KJ again. He took me around and introduced me to their service department and everyone was so friendly and congratulated me on my new car!! More

Incomplete Work Service Center was to “fix” marks on my windshield caused by road debris. I felt windshield should be replaced since I bought the 2018 Certified Used Service Center was to “fix” marks on my windshield caused by road debris. I felt windshield should be replaced since I bought the 2018 Certified Used Car only three weeks prior. They wanted to try to fix the marks, and not replace the windshield, so I said ok. I can see little or no difference in the windshield’s condition. The vehicle is under full warranty so I do not understand their hesitation to not replace the windshield. My experience to date with this dealership has been wonderful. They are really geared to doing things right so I am disappointed with this service result. I would highly recommend them, and will continue to do business with them. It is going cost me $400 out of pocket to replace the windshield, but in its present condition it is too distracting while I am driving. I rated the Service Center four stars since it was not their decision not to replace the windshield. That decision was made by the General Manager. He is very customer oriented so that is why not replacing it surprised me. This continues to be a five star dealership in my mind. I am not a disgruntled customer. More
