First experience new dealership check engine light late Sat. Check engine line came on and my regular dealer had no customers with 4 people behind counter. Leave car no rentals or way to get home. 3rd new car Check engine line came on and my regular dealer had no customers with 4 people behind counter. Leave car no rentals or way to get home. 3rd new car from that dealer. Car high end Genesis. Went to new dealer on Saturday at 3:45 and Andre fit me in while helping other customers. To reading and car was safe to drive. Got me in Monday morning some additional checks done and sensor had to be ordered. This is my new service shop he he is my new service rep. I told the GM about the experience and he said that’s what he wants to hear so he can continue improving the dealership. My wife contacted the original dealerships management line Saturday and they said a manger would contact us back. Still waiting. More

Extremely Overjoyed We drove from Cullman Al to get the car we wanted.
