I arrived at 1050 for my 11 appt on Monday 11/3. I scheduled an oil change rotation and alignment. At 4pm I was still waiting on my vehicle. It was returned OUT of alignment (I have the picture) a I scheduled an oil change rotation and alignment. At 4pm I was still waiting on my vehicle. It was returned OUT of alignment (I have the picture) and then on Saturday as I was driving across country (FL to MO) the low oil light came on. We were stranded in a small town in GA. No oil in the truck. I had to pay for emergency road service from a local mechanic ($678). He found the oil filter improperly installed as well as a damaged “new” gasket (I have that as well). I have made multiple attempts to reach a service manager at Hyundai FM and have not received any response. I would like to speak to someone about compensation for the money I spent when stranded since my oil change was clearly not done properly More
