Mistake was made while calculating the tax on our trade ins...luckily caught by my husband, even though they tried to argue that it wasn't a mistake. From arrival to departure once again Hyundai of Ft Myers disappoints. Last time 6 hrs to do an oil change and an update which they failed to notify us when complete. I called Naples Hyundai they said lug nuts for my make and model cost $9.16 they had 10 in stock. . I live in Lee i dont think that i should have to go to Naples or Charlotte to have service done on my car I bought it at a dealer in FT Myers. Then they spilled oil all over the engine i guess the mechanic could not find where the oil goes. The worst decision was to buy another Hyundai. We had 2 others had no problems it was OBrian at the time. Now its poor service or trade the car. More

The sales manager is of the most rudest humans I have ever come across. Rude, disrespectful, arrogant and just nasty. He would agree to something but not write it down so I continued to say, I won’t sign ever come across. Rude, disrespectful, arrogant and just nasty. The final reaction was seconds from walking out. I could not see or figure out your payment machine when trying to leave a deposit, the machine times out and he throws his hands up in the air and turns around, mumbling something to whoever would listen and left. I had to ask someone else to set it up and help me. If not for the salesperson and his efforts I would have rated a one star, and that was not even deserving of that. More
