William Perez was an outstanding salesman. Al Youhana was also very honest and worked very hard to get us what we wanted for our truck. The negatives: took 3 trips to dealership to finalize everything. Initially we stopped into sell truck and was promised check in hand when we left (didn't happen). We picked up Wrangler on day 2 then check on day 3. We were up front with everyone that we were leaving town in 3 days. Detailing left lots of room for improvement (still has dog hair throughout back seat and cargo area and seats are dirty). We understand there were time constraints, but don't promise what can't be delivered. More
