We are also extended warranty people and there are many options to choose from, but we were not pressured on anything and chose only what we wanted. Both Lucas and Matt treated us kindly and fairly and that went a long way in building a trustful buying relationship. If you want a pleasant car buying experience and not a hard sell high pressure anxiety ridden event, then come talk with them. In the end, while we were looking at various nice used vehicles, we left with a sharp looking, fuel efficient, more features that we thought we could get, safe, well warrantied, brand-new vehicle, with a loan that we can manage. Sales people Chris and Maytee were good. car had 3 recalls only one was not completed before I bought it. So part was ordered they call me it in and I was told I could wait for it. Service gu car had 3 recalls only one was not completed before I bought it. So part was ordered they call me it in and I was told I could wait for it. Service guy said I can’t water. Then I asked for a loaner. Got none he said. Told he could call an uber to take me home and pick me up. To cut thru the chase never ordered the part they redid the brake switch. Meantime I get a video from the mechanic guy saying they have to order the part that was already ordered. I purchased the car less than 2 weeks before and when I looked at the bill it said it needed cabin air filter, wiper blades, and drive belts. Amazing in 2 weeks time they went bad after the shop went thru the car 2 weeks before. The part has been in almost a week now no call yet to replace it.i called the service manager no return call to date. The 4 stars are for Maytee an few for Chris. He is not as pretty as her. More
