They use every trick in the book, high-pressure sales tactics, bait and switch, in my case purchased a car not expecting accessories, and it showed up after the papers were signed with an accessories package that inflated the cost of the vehicle, smug attitudes, unclear answers, hiding prices, double talk and misinformation about incentives and qualifications, etc. They had a misleading answer for everything! Their lack of integrity was evident in every interaction. I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy! Save yourself the headache and find a place that values honesty, transparency, and customer satisfaction. More
