I was hesitant to bring my vehicle back to Hyundai of Ft Myers service because of my previous experience as well as responses on a social media web site that included 8 out of 9 negative comments including Myers service because of my previous experience as well as responses on a social media web site that included 8 out of 9 negative comments including at least that went to another Hyundai dealer to get service. This visit was great because of ANTHONY who insured all items were addressed and completed including replacement of items, recalls and routine maintenance. ANTHONY was thorough and courteous. I clicked on YES I would recommend this service center for now but one good visit out of four is not great. We will see. More

Be prepared to waste 3 1/2h for an oil change this place is the worst!!
