Since she followed me there, as we expected to leave the car for work yo be performed. The dealership KNEW they did not have the parts and NEVER informed me that this was the process: Knowingly having a customer DRIVE in to VERIFY a VIN?????? I ASSURE YOU, I will not spend ANY money any longer with Hyundai. I was planning on purchasing a Palisade soon as my next vehicle, but I am now investigating different vehicles after realizing that Hyundai treats customers this way. More
