The workers weren’t really super caring and kinda smart with their responses to my questions. My car was having a huge issue of shutting down in the middle of driving and although they ran test, didn’t see with their responses to my questions. This issue started happening right after my oil change with them. My advisor for both these trips was named Leonel. Both times I worked with him, I didn’t really care for him and especially this last time, he was being real smart with his responses and help. Felt they could’ve payed more attention to the issue of my car, considering it is shutting down while I’m driving. They blamed the issue of my car on a decal around my start button when I explained to them, I just put it on a week before and the issues occurred before. I love Hyundai and love my 2024 Kona and Sandra who helped Sell me the car was amazing but I have had a lot of problems with the workers at Hyundai Fort Myers. I have talked to managers from both the service and finance department. This last issue with them was with the service department. This last appointment with them has pushed me to no longer want to purchase from them again. More

Had a service appointment for 1 pm for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Sat in line to even have a tech to check me in for 20 minutes. Then 2 hours later told I was being charged for oil and tir change and tire rotation. Sat in line to even have a tech to check me in for 20 minutes. Same service department same techs!! Oh well. I will say they were nice about telling me I was misinformed and I owed more!! More
