After visiting multiple dealerships in Ft Myers area and reviewing the car options available in a changing market it was a great surprise when we visited Hyundai Ft Myers. Are experience was by far a much more enjoyable visit then any others, we were greeted in a kind, respectful manner and allowed to review car options and get a better understanding of the manufacturers offerings without being bothered or forced to review product we didn’t care for. When returning to the dealership we experienced the same gracious greeting and eventually asked for assistance to review the vehicle we showed interest. The sales assistant was very friendly and enjoyable to talk with and we felt comfortable discussing the cars options and a better understanding of the cost and models to choose from. When we decided to make the purchase we had an introduction to the sales mangers and assured that the time to review cost and options would be quick and not deceptive. The sales associate and sales manager returned with a couple of options and we found an option that suited or budget and selection. The vehical was ready and financing was smooth and no changes or cost had been added from our previous talk. this is our first Hyundai but I believe it won’t be our last as our first impressions are truly embraced and the typical experience we have had in the past with other car purchases and we welcome a breath of renewed faith.
