MY FAMILY HAS PURCHASED 6 HYUNDAIS OVER THE YEARS , BUT I DONT KNOW IF I WIILL RETURN. MY WIFE AND I LEASED A VEHICLE AND THE DECIDED TO PURCHASE IT AT THE END OF THE LEASE . This is our second purchase from O'Brien and we couldn't be happier. We went in to sell our 2008 Azera straight out in their buy back program. I informed Rusty we were not interested in buying!!! Not at all be happier. We went in to sell our 2008 Azera straight out in their buy back program. I informed Rusty we were not interested in buying!!! Not at all.... Get a check and leave. We wanted more than was offered so I headed for the door. Rusty said, let me talk to you about trading it in on a newer model Azera. No used ones were avaliable so we left, or so I thought we were leaving.As we walked out my wife spotted a 2013 model which really caught her eye. Being as attentive as he is, Rusty was on his way to us. No pressure, just his calm patient manner to help. Long story short he worked out a great price for the new one and we are so happy with our purchase. What a great experience and we will be back for our next car.
