My experience from the beginning with Ron Vandeventer my sales advisor, to Jeff Simpson, the Sales Manager and finally with Rex Moonshower the General Manager I could not believe the attention to customer s sales advisor, to Jeff Simpson, the Sales Manager and finally with Rex Moonshower the General Manager I could not believe the attention to customer satisfaction I received from these three men. A 73 needless to say I have purchased many vehicles. To see the sales manager and general manager take such an interest in customer service exceeded my expectation. Most transaction in the past you never see a sales manager let alone a General Manage take such an interest to a customer. A Home Run experience. More

This store cheats people! We bought a nearly $20,000 Honda Odyssey only to find a week later that the check engine light was on. We went to the service and had to wait anothe We bought a nearly $20,000 Honda Odyssey only to find a week later that the check engine light was on. We went to the service and had to wait another two weeks for an appointment. We had to get a rental car as they kept the car for several days only to take 220USD from us and say they don't know what's up with it. We went to Honda who told us it was a fault in the engine and it would cost us another $5900 to fix!!! The car didn't even last a month. No service, no guarantee. When I called to speak to someone, RON just hung up and the sales manager is once again unavailable. I will advise everyone not to go to Hyundai! These are CHEATS! More
