All in All a Good Experience This is the 2nd time I have purchased a vehicle from this dealership. Working with Jessica and Rex made the purchase easy. Jessica had called after This is the 2nd time I have purchased a vehicle from this dealership. Working with Jessica and Rex made the purchase easy. Jessica had called after my internet search and I told her what I wanted as I had a couple of vehicles in mind. We set up an appointment for the following Monday. She found several vehicles for me to see and test drive that met my criteria. I spoke with Rex to get a 'no haggle', no 'back and forth' price and was given a fair price for my trade in. I went home, made my decision from a couple of choices, went back into the dealership and drove my new car home that night!! I absolutely love it!!! So far so good. The only thing that I wasn't pleased with is having to sign paperwork, and more paperwork and more paperwork in the back office, no copies given and really no explanations. I asked questions but answers were very vague. She kept trying to get me to take out additional warranties which I told her from the beginning that I wasn't interested in and from that point forward she was less than pleasant; otherwise I would have given 5 stars. A Very Disappointing Experience Our experience with O'Brien was very disappointing! We purchased a new 2019 Hyundai Accent on 7/11/19. They were unprofessional and very underhanded Our experience with O'Brien was very disappointing! We purchased a new 2019 Hyundai Accent on 7/11/19. They were unprofessional and very underhanded in dealing with us regarding their trade-in offer. I feel a dealership should be fair on a trade value and not try to take advantage of the customer. In my experience, this dealer conducted themselves in a deceptive manner by leading us to believe our 19-year-old Ford Mustang GT had to be taken to an auto auction and could not be sold retail (due to its age) from their lot. This was used as their justification for a lower trade-in offer. Once our deal was done, their post-sale customer service was horrible. My texts and voicemail messages to our salesperson went unanswered. I was told they would get back with me on a specific question I had about our trade and they did not do so. It took nearly 60 days to receive our registration and title (we were told "it will be close" to receive our registration by the end of August). Ultimately, I had to contact a member of the dealership's management to get answers to my questions and was shocked to be told that our Mustang would be placed on their retail lot for resale. So, while we were trying to be fair and understanding to the dealer regarding their trade-in offer, they apparently were misleading us to get more cash on the trade rather than trying to build a lasting relationship with a first-time customer. They chose dishonesty over integrity. I've bought over 30 new vehicles in my lifetime and I'll be around for a long time. I will never deal with O'Brien again, and I will share my story with as many people as possible. More
