Stopped in to ask about a TSB I had heard about. So I had heard about the possibility of a TSB for my car in one of the enthusiast groups on Facebook. Stopped in to see my main man, Max Woodsmall to So I had heard about the possibility of a TSB for my car in one of the enthusiast groups on Facebook. Stopped in to see my main man, Max Woodsmall to see what the deal was. Two seconds with his fingers on the keys and we found out that it was actually a RECALL on the High Beam Assist for the car.... A simple "Software" issue. (Software issue.... My first car was a 63 Mopar.... ) He had the car in and out before I could avail myself of a second cup of complimentary Sbux coffee! Of course, being a recall... no cost to me but even so, car is under full warranty, I was expecting none anyhow. Max did REMIND me though.... my first oil change (WITH full synthetic I might add) is... FREE. Something I probably had forgotten. He's a good man. And thorough. More
The Best !! I met Jimmy several months ago when I was visiting the Service Dept. I mentioned that no one could find the car I was looking for. Within ten minutes I met Jimmy several months ago when I was visiting the Service Dept. I mentioned that no one could find the car I was looking for. Within ten minutes the car I described was sitting at the door. Unfortunately, I was not ready to buy at that time. When I was ready, I walked into the showroom and found Jimmy. I told him what I wanted and several hours later I had bought a car that I had never seen. The next day when I got my car "it was exactly" what I wanted. How happy am I !! This is my second car from O'Brien Hyundai and they are just the best dealership ever. Both their sales and service departments are amazing. All of the associates at O'Brien are courteous and helpful and friendly and... Like I said... They are The Best. More
