He took me out on a test drive and even before we left the parking lot, we sat in the car for about 30 minutes and listened as he highlighted the many features of the car. After leaving the parking lot, he continued to show how the features work as I was driving. I wasn't totally sold on purchasing the car when I entered the dealership, but after the test drive and listening to JT, who knows absolutely everything to know about the Ascent, I was convinced this was the car for me! He has called to follow up and still no pressure, but wanted me to remember his name so I wrote it down. I'm not ready to buy now however I'm impressed by his courteous demeanor.
