O’Brien has the best, friendliest, most helpful and reasonably priced service center EVE Since 2004 I’ve owned a Hyundai and now a new Subaru Outback. O’Brien has the best, friendliest, most helpful and reasonably priced service center EVER! My 3:30 appointment was delayed by a flat tire! Thankfully I had Roadside Service and got back on the road in 40 minutes. My service advisor assured me they would do my oil change and take care of my tire situation even with the delay. My mechanic volunteered to stay late to replace and align all 4 tires which I appreciated so I wouldn’t have to come back on a later date. I can’t say enough about this EXCELLENT Service Department! Great service. NO wash. Service is great, quick and they keep you informed. However, a car wash is supposed to be included after 4 years using them I've only had two washes, Service is great, quick and they keep you informed.
