We were evaluating several different vehicles from different manufacturers, and the ultimate deciding factor was how well we were treated by Dave and Rex. Dave was persistent in maintaining contact with us over a period of several days and never got pushy, just kept the lines of communication open and let us know that he would do whatever he could to make a deal that we could accept. We think that the Hyundai Sonata we choose compares very favorably compared to the competition from Honda, Toyota, Mazda and the rest. We will certainly look first to O'Brien for our next car purchase/lease. More

Excellent Car Buying Experience I began my search online. Two people responded. First a woman who said she would have to ask her supervisor about some questions I asked and said sh I began my search online. Two people responded. First a woman who said she would have to ask her supervisor about some questions I asked and said she would got back with me. She did not, but the head of the online sales department, Nick, responded and asked if I had heard from her. I told him I had not and asked him the questions. In both cases several days went by before anyone got back with me. I almost did not follow up because I got the sense that they were not very responsive, informative or interested in a sale. I thought they just wanted to get me to the dealership. I eventually did come in and from that point on all the people I met with were very good. They were responsive, took the time to understand my particular circumstances and my financial issues. I was glad they understood and accepted my parameters and did not try to sell me a car that cost more than I wanted to spend. No high pressure sales! There was a senior sales person, Rex Moonshower and a junior sales person, Carlos Ramirez . They were both excellent and they worked together very well. The junior sales person was the one who interacted with me the most. He was perfect: professional, knowledgeable, listened and understand my issues and concerns, asked clarifying questions to make sure he was clear about my needs, was patient and willing to work with me to my satisfaction. I think he is an strong asset to your sales force. Often people that young do not work well with older folks, but I sensed no barriers or biases from him. The financial person, whose name I think was Sean (but I;m not sure), was also very professional. He was assertive and informed me of all service plans, etc, but he was not pushy about it. The part that I liked the best was that it did not take all day. I was able to make my purchase and be out of the store withing several hours. The length of time it takes to by a car is what makes me put off buying a car. I do my research in advance and I am almost certain what I want when I get there and I strongly dislike sitting around for whatever is happening during those long waits. I especially hate the negotiating when the sales person says they have to go ask their supervisor and then I want for 30 minutes or more. During this purchase there was only one such period before we negotiated an acceptable price. There was no haggling, which is excellent. I bought a Hyundai because I like the brand. I bought from O'Brien because I like their service center and the professionalism of the staff. I give it a 5 out of 5 stars. More
