The salesmen I worked with promised my vehicle I was buying had a warranty from the previous owner, certified preowned. My tires were rotated but the air pressure was never checked and I had a low pressure tire. I was also never told about the shop fee even though I specifically asked to tell me how much my bill would be checked and I had a low pressure tire.
