I told Jorge that I was there to check out a used Lacrosse for my brother, who found this car online, lives in Michigan and wanted me to check it out for him. I think Jorge totally lost interest at that point. Don't get me wrong, he was polite but when I asked him if he knew anything about the car he said "no", but I can get you the carfax. I asked him what the price on car was (although I already knew) and he said he didn't know. What? You're a car SALESMAN and you actually tell me you know nothing about your product or the price? Laughable at this point. I told him I wanted to check out the car for any signs of mold due to the recent flooding from Ian and he said , "absolutely no mold problems, it went through service". 2 minutes earlier, he didn't know anything about the car. What a joke. He also failed to mention the mandatory $2159 fee for paint protection, interior protection, door edge guards, etc, etc...which is a total scam. In addition to that , there was some $900 ish dealer fee, another $199 fee another $184 fee written in small print that Jorge never mentioned....after I told Jorge I no longer needed his assistance or lack thereof, another salesperson stopped me on my way out to ask if I needed help. He was the one that said all those fees are mandatory but if I finance it, those fees are negotiable. LOL. What a bunch of scam artists. Jorge, you score a zero as a salesperson, I had the money to purchase it that day, but your lack of knowledge and your abundance of ignorance/evasiveness turned me off immediately. This review is written by a retired automotive salesperson of 37 years. I gave 2 stars because he was courteous and friendly. Less than zero on salesmanship. This is a perfect setting for the fish they reel in with an attractive online price, only to soak the buyer with an additional $3500 (apx.) fees. Just wow is all I have to say.
