Terrible customer service My experience with this dealership has been nothing but awful. Not only did they not want to honor fixing something that they promised at the time of My experience with this dealership has been nothing but awful. Not only did they not want to honor fixing something that they promised at the time of sale, they issued the wrong tag to match our registration and this almost resulted in the car being impounded and my son being arrested. Ralph our sales guy was very nice at the time of service but when I called with the issue about them not wanting to honor the work that needed to be done he did not return my call . After visiting the dealership regarding this they finally gave us a dealer tag and it has been over a week since I have heard back from anyone regarding this situation. I have dealt with many dealerships in the past but this particular dealership really needs to get to their customer service commitment up to par. I was thinking about purchasing another vehicle through them until I realized that they do not value their customers. More
