Our purchase experience was good with one exception, the dealership should have test driven our Our salesman Adan Hernandez we excellent to deal with. Our purchase experience was good with one exception, the dealership should have test driven our new car. We had brake rotors that were out of round (this was a brand new Genesis) and had to be cut. Adan drove to our home picked up the car and drove it back to have the rotors cut. The brakes are now okay. However, I must say the car came back not as clean as it should have been and the car should have been test driven before delivered to us. Otherwise, we had a good experience. I do understand sometimes "stuff happens". More

This was not agreed upon in advance and they presumptuously inserted into the purchase and sales agreement. Had I been informed of these options beforehand I could have told them not to include on the contract which I had to come back to the dealership to cancel. Overall a good experience and especially working with Todd! More
