I truly enjoyed my experience from buying this vehicle to present, I am just disappointed in the lack of communication between the financial office (where we signed everything after deciding on our purchase) present, I am just disappointed in the lack of communication between the financial office (where we signed everything after deciding on our purchase) and the service department. There is definitely a lack there. The reason I bought my car was because our salesperson, Sandra was amazing. Not pushy, she gave us space and time to think about things, and also worked very hard to get us the best trade in deal. I “thought” I got the same service when we had to sign our papers but it turned out I was just pushed into buying a supposed “5 year, bumper to bumper, everything included” warranty. Sounds too good to be true I guess, but I believe what the man told me and that is why I decided to pay a good bit extra because it was a great deal. However, no one in service seems to have ever heard of such a deal, and the small bit of information I get is that for some scratches I have on my car, I need to take it elsewhere to get it handled. But then, I go elsewhere, and they tell me I need to go back to the dealership. So here I am, paying a lot extra for this too good to be true warranty, and I keep on getting passed over. I love my vehicle but I feel like I was sold a pipe dream when I signed those papers. I just wish I could remember the name of the man who did this but I believe it was Michael. More
